1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility in Hyderabad.

 

2. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:

Hyderabad & Metro Cities 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities 4–6 business days
Remote / Rural Areas 6–9 business days

 

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods such as sale events and public holidays.

 

3. Shipping Charges

4. Courier Partners

We ship via trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart, depending on your pin code and order type. The courier assigned to your order will be visible in your tracking link.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your AWB (tracking number) and a direct tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on mantittude.com.

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, write to us at support@mantittude.com.

 

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us.

In such cases, re-shipping charges of ₹79 apply. We will contact you before re-dispatching.

 

7. Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, email us at support@mantittude.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will investigate and either reship the order or process a full refund.

 

8. Address Changes

Address changes can be accommodated only if the order has not been dispatched yet. Reach us at support@mantittude.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Once the order is with the courier, we cannot change the delivery address.

 

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To request a cancellation, email us at support@mantittude.com immediately with your order number. We will confirm whether the order is still eligible.

 

10. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International orders are not supported at this time.
