7. Return & Refund policy

We at Mantittude, have formulated each product to ensure that they deliver the best of experience. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

You received a wrong shipment
You received a damaged product
You received an expired product

No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.

1. Do I really need sunscreen if I'm mostly indoors?

Yes. UVA rays — the ageing rays — penetrate glass. If there's a window near your desk, your face is receiving UVA exposure for hours every day. SPF indoors is not optional if you care about long-term skin health.

2. Will it cause breakouts on acne-prone skin?

No — it's non-comedogenic (won't block pores) and the Tea Tree extract actively helps keep pores clear. It's safe for acne-prone and oily skin types.

3. Does it work under a beard?

Yes — apply to all exposed skin. For bearded men, focus on the forehead, cheeks, nose, and neck. The formula works on skin regardless of facial hair.

4. How much product should I use per application?

A coin-sized amount (roughly 2ml) covers the face and neck adequately. Using too little reduces SPF efficacy significantly — be generous.

5. Can I apply it over makeup or skincare layering?

Yes — it layers cleanly over moisturiser and under beard oils or styling products. It does not pill or ball up on skin.
